New environmental initiative debuts during ASI Chicago
TREVOSE, PA – July 9, 2019 – The ASI Show today announced that it’s partnering with an international organization to donate surplus promotional products to people and families in need after its upcoming three-day Chicago trade show.
Supplier exhibitors can drop off surplus non-perishable items at the designated area adjacent to the exhibitor service desk between 3-9 p.m. on Thursday, July 11, the last day of ASI Chicago, which starts with a full day of free education on Tuesday, July 9.
“ASI Show is happy to do our part to help suppliers in the promotional products industry find a new home for their extra products while helping people in need throughout Chicago,” said Adham Faltas, assistant director of operations for ASI Show.
The products will be picked up by the Chicago Salvation Army for distribution. Receipts will be mailed if an in-kind donation form is filled out at the drop-off location.
ASI Chicago takes place Tuesday, July 9, through Thursday, July 11. In addition to two exhibit days, the show features free education, numerous networking activities, product demos and two keynotes. The show also attracted 19 distributor meetings, 14 of which are top 100 companies, including HALO Branded Solutions, Proforma, Taylor Communications, Geiger, AIA Corporation, American Solutions for Business, iPROMOTEu, Kaeser & Blair, Safeguard and more.
